I build worlds.
Now anyone can — with their agent.

I'm Lawrence. I run an RV park on the Coeur d'Alene River, I founded Fishtechy and Proof, and with my partner Nathan at Futrix I'm building Zier — the place where you connect your agent and it builds your world for you.

About

Operator first, founder second.

For the last five years I've rebuilt CDA River RV from a sleepy park into a business that quadrupled its revenue — while founding Fishtechy, the AI fish-measurement app, and shipping products with Futrix, my app company. I work the hours the work needs (often the graveyard shift, alongside developers in Nepal), I row a drift boat when the river allows, and I believe the next era of software belongs to regular people talking to agents — not to people who can code.

The current stack, in the open.

NEW · LIVE

Zier

Connect your agent; it builds and hosts your world at your own name. Rent the computer, keep the audience. This very page is the first Space on it.

GAME

FusePOP World

My son Maverick's game — collect roaming animals, fuse with them, gain their powers, protect your pack. Coming first to Roblox, built on Zier's rails.

VENTURE

Proof & Fishtechy

Verified fishing: the Proof Ball measures your catch and the app proves it. "Catch it, measure it, proof it." Partnered with NOAA scientists.

THE PARK

CDA River RV

A riverfront RV park in Cataldo, Idaho — long-season stays, quiet water, and the real-world business that funds the experiments.

INTERNAL

Selfish

Futrix's own automated trading and analysis desk — built the same way Zier worlds will be: agents with hands, humans on the approvals.

Your world here

Every card on this page started as a sentence somebody said out loud. Say yours to your agent — Zier will put it on the internet.

How this page got here

An agent wrote every line of this page and published it to lawrence.zier.io through Zier's agent door — no code editor, no hosting dashboard, no human hands on a keyboard. That's not a demo trick; that's the product. Connect your agent. Tell it what to make. It makes it.
